1. Whitehaven Rental

All vehicle rentals with Whitehaven are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement contains specific terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement for a given booking, the Rental Agreement will govern.

2. Whitehaven Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Whitehaven, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age restrictions can vary by vehicle type, and drivers under 25 may incur extra charges). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle class, held for the minimum period stated in the Whitehaven Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address and payment method as required by Whitehaven.

3. Whitehaven Booking and Payment

• Bookings may be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Whitehaven office. A booking deposit might be requested to hold your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Whitehaven

• At collection, inspect the vehicle carefully and report any existing damage to Whitehaven immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Whitehaven representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged to your account.

5. Coverage and Liability

• Basic third-party insurance is included with every Whitehaven rental. Full coverage details and any excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional insurance products may be offered to lower your out-of-pocket exposure. Whitehaven recommends reviewing these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the applicable excess shown in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Revisions

Whitehaven's cancellation and amendment terms depend on booking type and notice period. Consult your booking confirmation or rental agreement for specific details. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

7. Whitehaven Prohibitions

You must not use the Whitehaven vehicle for:

• Any illegal purpose or activity involving Whitehaven vehicles. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other high-risk activities. Transporting hazardous or regulated materials. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating Whitehaven restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Whitehaven

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Whitehaven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid to Whitehaven for services in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms apply to Whitehaven and are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Revisions to Terms

Whitehaven may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of Whitehaven services after posting indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
